WordPress custom Gutenberg plugin

We are looking to build a custom Gutenberg plugin, most plugins have or too much or are missing what we need plugin should be made with accessibility in mind is why we came here.
All blocks should allow other blocks in them for example a tab block should allow us to add image blocks or column blocks inside each tab container, allow us to change colors font size etc the common on most Gutenberg blocks
The plugin should have:
- Tab Block (should also have the option to be horizontal or vertical).
- Accordion Block (Containers should allow adding any type of block sin them).
- Slider block (We use swiper slider should be able to allow us to control slider, for example, an option to set it as carousel or just single slides). this is either one block or if it is too hard one block for slide show one for carousel items. (Each slide should allow us to add media slides or any type of slide in them)
- Featured cards or Flip cards block
- Modal block (Should allow us to add any type of block sin it)
- Post and custom post, card carousel block. (Same as above but with the ability to add dynamic content cards should be able to enable disable featured image, excerpt and link)
Timeline blocks can provide examples.
a single page should allow adding multiple instances of these blocks without them entering into conflict.
I can provide several Github repositories that have some of these, you would need to integrate them into one single plugin.
Code must be commented and ready for use to add in the future more blocks as we see fit or easy to remove blocks when we do not need them from the code, should use npm to build if you prefer you can either use the native way or CGB to build the blocks we would prefer native but CGB is acceptable.
