Creation of a 6.2.2+ wordpress plugin that allows adding a field named "Webcam" to forms created with Gravity Forms (2.7.7+)

When admin adds this field to a form, he should be able to write the frontend label and choose an image that will be used as the button. If no image is added please use a default image with text "Your webcam photo"

One form might have multiple fields of this type.

When a form has this field, and in the front-end the user clicks the webcam image, the webcam of his COMPUTER , IPAD , ANDROID PHONE or IPHONE PHONE, should open and he should be able to take a photo. He should be able to see the captured photo before submitting the form and if he wants, he should be able to deleted and replace it.

The submitted photos, should be uploaded and saved in the server without changing quality/size, using file format: {formid}-{entryid}-webcam{number}.jpg .

When admin sees the entries for a form, he should be able to see all taken photos
