We are looking for the design and implement of a multilingual website with woocommerce. The main objective of the project is to create an attractive and functional website based on WordPress, with multilingual capability in Spanish and English. Here are the key features of the project:
1. Platform: The website will be based on WordPress, using the Astra theme.
2. Multilingual: The Polylang Pro plugin will be used to implement the multilingual functionality both Spanish and English.
3. Page Structure: The website will consist of a total of 6 pages, including the homepage, product/service pages, information pages, and a contact page.
4. Woocommerce and Subscriptions: The Woocommerce plugin will be used to set up an online store on the website. Some products will require subscription functionality, enabling customers to make one-time purchases and subscribe to products and services.
5. Payment Gateway: The selected payment gateway for the website will be Stripe. Proper integration and configuration of Stripe with Woocommerce will be necessary to process secure and reliable transactions.
6. Contact Form: A functional contact form will be included on the website, allowing users to get in touch with us quickly and easily.
7. Text Translation: The texts will be provided in Spanish and will need to be translated into English. It is crucial to have accurate and high-quality translation to ensure consistency and understanding in both languages.
8. Chatbot: In addition to the mentioned functionalities, a chatbot is required to be implemented on the website. The chatbot should provide automated responses to frequently asked questions and offer real-time assistance to site visitors.
9. The required plugins will be provided: woocommerce-subscriptions, astra-addons, polylang-woocommerce, etc..
Requerid experience and skills:
- Extensive experience in designing and developing websites using WordPress and the Astra theme.
- Solid knowledge in implementing multilingual websites with the Polylang Pro plugin.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Woocommerce, including subscriptions and integration with the Stripe payment gateway.
- Ability to accurately and effectively translate from Spanish to English.
- Experience in implementing chatbots on websites.
Payment Milestones:
To ensure a clear payment schedule and milestones, the following payment structure will be implemented:
1. 25% Payment: Upon Design Approval
Once the design concept has been approved by the client, an initial payment of 25% of the total project cost will be made. This milestone indicates the acceptance of the design direction and allows the freelancer to proceed with the implementation phase.
2. 50% Payment: Site Configuration Completion
When the entire website has been configured, including the implementation of all requested features and functionalities, a payment of 50% of the total project cost will be made. This milestone reflects the substantial progress made in the project and the completion of the site setup.
3. 25% Payment: Site Functionality Verification
After the completion of the website configuration, a thorough testing phase will be conducted to ensure the correct functionality of all aspects of the site, including responsiveness, interactivity, and compatibility. Once the freelancer and the client have verified that the site is fully functional and meets the project requirements, a final payment of 25% of the total project cost will be made.
These payment milestones provide a fair and balanced approach, aligning the payments with the progress and successful completion of key project stages.
