I need to have a cleanly produced CCS page created with all of the support images from the provided JPG file. Here are some specifics on how I would like the landing page to be built out. 1. all images appearing as text should be plain text, with the exception of the [url removed, login to view] logo (top left) and the names of the stores (middle) 2. the text located top right should be on 1 line, with a font size of 10 3. the "go!" button say "search" 4. the tabs at the top (e.g. stores, categories, etc) should be links to [url removed, login to view] similarly with no. 4, the links on the left from the "category" box, should be links to [url removed, login to view] the boxes on the right (Top Coupons and Editor's Picks) should both have 5 items (e.g. coupon_1, coupon_2, ... , coupon_5) and each of those items are linked similarly to no 4 and 5; moreover, both boxes should have a "More >>" link at their bottom right that links to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] 7. the title of the boxes on the right (Top Coupons and Editor's Picks) should also link to the same links that "More >>" (described above) leads to 8. the images of the stores in the middle of the page should be individual images, imported from a separate "img" folder 9. the "Top Deals" title from the box in the middle-bottom section should link to [url removed, login to view]; the items in the box should be divided into 3 colums and left-alligned 10. the page should be divided into header (the couponyellowpages strip), body (top tabs + 3 columns (categories box + search box + right boxes)) and footer (terms & conditions, help, etc) 11. the items in the footer should also be linked as described at no. 4
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
