Hey there,
We're looking for a Creative Title & Thumbnail Creator to design visually appealing and engaging thumbnails for our YouTube Movie Recaps Channel. As a Creative Thumbnail, you'll be responsible for creating thumbnails and video titles that capture our audience's attention and compel them to click and watch our content.
Additionally, you'll be tasked with designing attention-grabbing video titles and thumbnails.

Requirements;
· Creating attractive content (Titles and Catchy thumbnails)
· Excellent Knowledge about (YouTube Niche, Audience segmentation, Targeting)
· Proficient in using various research tools and databases
· Ability to think creatively and develop new movie videos ideas
· In-Depth understanding of CTR and Clickbait Thumbnails & tiles
· Responsible for improving click-through rates (CTR) not to less than 7%
· You can deliver items via (Google Drive) Trello is a plus
