Wiring harness connections reviewed along with electrical part drawing and ensured the coupler connection and polarity in line with vehicle layout packaging and followed to approve the part drawing through design release. Designing the parts using Creo6.0 for Fuse box rubber boot, ECU rubber boot, Brackets for RR unit, Starter relay, Wire routing guide, Ignition coils and wiring harness fixing bracket. Performing vehicle integration & layout check by handling all vehicle component models in Two Wheelers. Performing Tolerance stack up Analysis
