The Digital Ads Sales Specialists is responsible for providing personal and efficient online advertising solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses in their region of assignment. You will also be expected to do the following:
-Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to the client’s advertisers, publishers and/or users.
-Analyze quality and effectiveness of Ads accounts strategically, and recommend best practices for other platforms.
-Support SMBs through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations.
-Collaborate with advertising specialists, sales engineers and product team members on new feature development.
-Generate creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by sharing and implementing best practices.
-Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion.
-Create and implement strategies to ensure optimal performance.
