Quality was absolute exceptional. 5 stars is not enough. Offered another job based on this. Comms weren't bad but could be improved. 3 stars. I'll elaborate on this because I think it would help in the future. - I always ask when things are understood and/or to ask any questions. This was only followed up once. - My instructions were bullet pointed and some bullet points weren't always followed up and asking some areas to be done 2-3 times - As this lasted a bit longer, I started to receive one word answers and whilst this fine in some instances it does not always indicate confidence in understanding what was asked. These three things would save a lot of time, and will save a lot of time in the future. To illustrate. We had 73 iterations. 20 were different concepts submitted to contest. So 53. At least half of them could have been wiped out. (The remainder were on me learning to articulate things in clearer terms). 73 illustrations also indicates commitment to quality. I am nothing but impressed with the final outcome. And Aysha should be proud of the final delivery. I have offered another job and hope she will say yes.
