I am creating and developing the curriculum of different grades, making lesson planners, worksheets, and quizzes on various curricula (ICSE, CBSE, PYP, CCSS) across geographies for K-5 math. Here, I had the opportunity to design, develop and deliver training for Math concepts and pedagogy for 1500+ teachers. I also played a proactive role in auditing live classes. I was one of the top 5 performers when it came to improving teacher performance on key metrics such as teacher rating, class consumption, worksheet submission, and renewal rates. Beyond this, I have acquired the Stanford certification to teach/mentor the K-8 Math curriculum effectively. Apart from that, I have made 1000+ Lesson Plans for Bryt Learning Technologies as a freelancer of Content Development (Math) where I used to design chapters, activities, quizzes and exercises for primary Grades. I contributed significantly to improving lesson plans because of my keen eye for detail and because I’m looking for insights from audits and in-classroom feedback. Also, I have a skillset to use google suite, Microsoft office, Notion, trello, content writing for social media etc very well. I have spent a major part of my career as a primary teacher and mentoring them. I have thoroughly learned from the experience. Seeing students do better every day and joyfully being owners of their learning gives me a strong sense of purpose as an educator. Creating platforms that enhance student skills would give me the ability to make learning fun for more and more children, a sense of accomplishment and joy! :)
