The strong effective reason behind the commencement of this system is to provide users a platform wherein they can book a services by this platform to transport their parcel from one place to another. Users can book any register services as per their needs. They can also book an appointment.
Users can select the type of services that he wants form the category list and can check out the price for the services or goods. There will be two modes of payments in the app: Cash or app Credits. App credit will be like an e-wallet in which user can load balance anytime from the bank accounts/credit/debit cards. Users will receive notifications upon confirmation of booking, completion of trip with payment details. Users will also receive Invoice once the trip has been completed.

Service providers & Drivers will be able to register on the platform with the complete details of their company. Service Provider & Drivers will receive job request which they can accept or reject. They will be

User Registration: Type of Users- End Users, Service Providers, Drivers, Account manger, and Admin.
There will be two different apps: one for Service Providers and drivers & another one for users.
Service Providers & Drivers can register themselves on the platform along with their details.
Easy Login for users to book the services or Goods.
Users can select the category either as Services or goods delivery.
Prior to booking, users can check the price for the services / Goods and can select the mode of payment. (for now User will pay cash)
Once the user confirms the booking, Service Providers will receive the job request which they can accept or reject then assign it to driver.
Upon confirmation, user will receive a confirmation with driver details in the application. User can connect with drivers if required.
