We highly recommend this Freelancer. He's professional, works hard, and is easy to communicate with. If you have an idea in your head that you want to bring to fruition, Etienne is the person who can help create a design and plan for building it. Before this, I was drawing plans on paper and managing a 3D design on Sketchup, and while that certainly helped us flesh out some ideas, it was grossly inadequate for the task at hand. A mechanical engineer is an artist at creating solutions, and that is the key to any project. He's very proficient with SolidWorks which allows him to simulate real-world movements and conditions to prove the concept works before you go wasting your time and money on a live prototype and testing. When you see a design that started out in your minds eye and get a look at it in a simulation-based program, it's really cool! The best part is at the end because you know what tools and materials you need, how to build it, and when you're done, it's going to work. The last thing I want to touch on is regarding communication which is a valuable tool in of itself. If any employer has worked with a Freelancer whose English language skills are suspect, you'll appreciate a person who will understand what you're saying and be able to take that information and follow through on it. As a social non-profit, we appreciated his time, effort and expertise. He'll be at the top of our list for future projects. Thank you.
