Worked as a customer service specialist and a supervisor, this enhanced my skills in communication, time management, problem solving and decision making. These skills helped me in making sure that before the call ends all questions and concerns have been addressed with satisfaction. I also worked as a Process Associate that gather requested information and deliver it to the clients with accuracy. I also became part of the Audit team that checks all files being delivered to the clients are accurate and all request have been obtained. Being part of the Audit team also made me more knowledgeable in using Excel and Word due to the reports that we need to submit by the end of every shift. I can work with little to no direct supervision and will figure things out whenever possible. I'm looking forward to take part in building your business using all the knowledge and skills that I acquired from my experience.
