Architectural rendering of a 4 bedroom villa in a residential morcellement in the west coast of Mauritius. Client requested realistic 3D interior and exterior images of the villa for marketing purposes. He also requested preliminary CAD drawings to be presented to potential buyers. I created a 3D SketchUp model of the villa. The 3D images we rendered in Twilight Render and CAD drawings were exported directly from the 3D model.
