Quality of work is what drives me. At Nidec Philippines Corporation, I started out as a New Model Supplier Quality Engineer where I am trained and expected to be decisive and be on top at all times. In a year, my superiors noticed the dedication I give to my Job, leading to my promotion as Assistant Supervisor, and then as Supervisor. I handled New Product Introduction where we focused on Material and Assembly Development of a certain Product. One of the highlights of my career in Nidec, was when I was able to proceed the Product to Mass Production. My main task is to prepare the Supplier by improving Process to provide best Quality Product. However, due to the pandemic, I had a new calling. Times are changing, I have to go with it. I found out that there are opportunities online, where I could still showcase my work ethic and give results to another field. That was when I discovered Freelancing Field. Since I usually worked virtually with Suppliers and Customers to improve quality, As a social media and digital marketing specialist, I develop a digital and goal-oriented solutions by setting strategies to meet client's brand objectives at all times, I make sure to deliver purposeful marketing by aligning with and reinforcing with my client values, which are far more lasting than tastes and trends.
