Evangeline Lilia A.

I graduated from the University of the Philippines, with a B.S. degree in Tourism. I also studied 33 units of Masters in International Studies program also at U.P. I am fluent in English and Pilipino, and can comprehend Spanish after living in Mexico for 5 years. I taught ESL to foreigners for 5 years. I also worked as a Training Specialist and Researcher for the Foreign Service Institute for 5 years. I enjoy photography, traveling and writing articles and poetry. I am artistic, hardworking, fast learner and dependable.
