In this project I have designed my own Arduino board with very limited components according to Client requirement and for this purpose I have used ATMEGA328P-PU microcontroller. In this board the External Bluetooth module(HC-05) is interfaced with MCU to On/Off home appliances. 

The Client requirement was to program the MCU via external programmer. So, for this ICSP(In-Circuit Serial Programming) header is used. This reduces the cost and we can create many PCB based on ATMEGA328P-PU MCU.

The 4-channel Relay Board is also designed on single PCB with Arduino.

In this project I have created my own ESP32 board with limited component which can On/Off home appliances through Wi-Fi. 

Power Section:

AMS1117MPX-3.3 is used to give power to ESP32.
There is 2 Loads one is +5VDCV-1A and second is 50VDC-2A so for Load 1 I have used Buck converter on the same PCB using TPS54360DDA which can deliver +5VDC and up to 3.5A current. 
The input voltage range is 8.5VDC-to_60VDC and it is given through Screw terminal J2 and this is main power which gives the power to whole PCB.

Switching Section:

Load 1 is +5VDC-1A so for this AO3400A is suitable MOSFET.
Load 2 is +50VDC-2A so for this IRF520 MOSFET is enough but this MOSFET is not turn on directly through ESP32 IO pin because voltage from IO pins of ESP32-WROOM is 3.3 which is not enough to turn on the IRF520 so for solving this problem I have created a MOSFET driver by using 2N3906 PNP transistor.
