The Ball and Plate system is a multi-functional system that succeeds the Ball and Beam system. A touch-screen places the ball and feeds the controller that generates PWM signals for the motors, thereby balancing the ball. With the proposed approach, the physical system can be balancing the ball with good control. In the design process, practicality of the system and optimal operations were completely taken into account. Therefore, we anticipate the control system to be effective for the goal of learning. In addition, the control can be implemented using a different mathematical and intelligent technique. The stable mechanical construction is successfully constructed and assessed for the necessary goals.
