Spending most of my school years in the capital of Austria, Vienna and working in the business to business service, business to customer service, transit business and finance industry, motivated me to continue my career as a customer support agent when I moved back to Bulgaria. Additionally, I am always excited when I communicate with German speaking people and I love learning new things everyday about business management. I have over 4 years experience in the customer service field, 2 years experience as a small business owner and an additional year working in a team and helping a private business grow by concentrating on the customer base and keeping the standards very high. Accounting is an important part of every business administration and I am quite confident in my abilities as an accountant. Those skills would not have been mastered without my participation in the family business for multiple years. My passion has always been studying languages and at the moment I can speak freely and write on a professional level in Bulgarian, English, German and French. I studied French for three years in Vienna, besides German and English. Bulgarian is my native language.
