Since I was a kid I loved technology, always an innovation enthusiastic. I got my first degree, Business Administration, and started working in accounting areas but always knowing that my passion was adding value with new tools & technology. Then, I got my second degree on Information Systems, a great combination of tech and business. At this point, I was able to lead teams promoting a continuous improvement mindset. I was selected by ExxonMobil to study my MBA and continue developing my leadership skills. I was in charge of multiple teams related to accounting, energy business and even a Payroll supervision handling thousands of paychecks for US. Some years ago I joined a global project, its vision involved Digital Transformation, so I jumped into it. Since then, I've been leading teams worldwide (Budapest, Houston, Bangkok, Curitiba & Buenos Aires) to implement all kinds of technologies, Robotics (RPA), ChatBots, SAP automation, Winshuttle, Digitalization tools (ABBYY), Analytics (HANA, Tableau, Power BI), Web forms & Workflows. Leading Digital transformation for me, is not only about technology, is about people and helping them to see the value, challenge the status quo, thinking out of the box and finding an ally in technology not an enemy. The world is changing very fast and I love being part of teams where we embrace this change and have a clear and strategic goal on how we want to work in the future.
