Prepared documentation of all Equipment FQ, DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ. Mechanical Engineering services supporting projects from conceptual through detailed design, commissioning and qualification in pharmaceutical, R&D, and Process development & manufacturing facilities within FDA, WHO, GMP, 21CFR Compliance. Develop design documentation including engineering calculations and drawings for HVAC, ductwork, process piping, and plant utilities. • Develop equipment specifications, protocols and other design deliverables supporting the facility expansions, renovations, new equipment and remediation projects. Planning and execution of projects to ensure maximum productivity and Ensure that the safety, Quality & Environmental requirements of the yard are strictly followed. knowledge of Fitting, Piping, and ASME & ANSI & ANSI and Quality control. Capable of reading drawings P&ID and schematics Proficient in Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems. Maintenance work of equipment like GLR, SS Reactor, Centrifuge, Centrifugal Pump, Gear-Box, Hydraulic, and pneumatic System. Online preventive Maintenance work in the SAP module of the equipment as per the decided schedule. Prepare Documentation work of Maintenance activities as per approved SOP.
