Vinit did not complete the tasks successfully in the time that was given, despite an extended deadline. Several members of our team reported complaints related to code issues. i.e.) Overwriting code during merges, not showing up for meetings about code review, etc. We would not work with Vinit again. There was also a lack of professionalism in the way he communicated with me. Referring to complaints made by other team members as 'politics', instead of understanding their point of view. [29 December, 2022] Vinit never responds to members of our team promptly, and has failed to follow instructions.
