Plastometrex scientists team, originating from the University of Cambridge has a long background in materials science. They invented a method to measure the material’s mechanical properties from indentation test data. Now, a fully integrated and automated instrument to perform the bespoke indentation test is being developed together with Wizzdev.
Wizzdev’s contribution involves programming the hardware components and developing software that will provide a user-friendly interface.
A team of Wizzdev engineers also took part in consulting the choice of the electro-mechanical components.
Our common goal is to deliver precise and reliable measurements for further data analysis, to make the Indentation Plastometry available to the customers.

Can Bus Analyser is a tool that enables to identify issues on the CAN Bus line on a very detailed level. It processes and records the analog signal. It is designed and implemented to be used in a moving vehicle with remote access functionality.

Devices available on the market lack some important features:
- No processing on the voltage level. Available devices perform diagnostics based on digitalized data only - we analyze the voltage samples.
- In the case of voltage non-conformities or interferences no diagnostics are available - We flag such circumstances.
- Lack of remote access during vehicle operation - Our device can be installed very far away or in places with difficult access and can be connected to over WiFi.
- Large size and power consumption - We use the latest proven technology with emphasis on low power

DNA Electronics (DNAe), the inventors of semiconductor-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology, is developing a revolutionary new platform that enables NGS-based diagnostic capability in an easy to use, cartridge-based system. DNAe semiconductor technology generates vast amounts of raw data that needs to be preprocessed in real-time and analyzed using machine learning algorithms in semi-real-time fashion.
WizzDev provided DNAe with software to control DNA sequencing instruments and manage large amounts of data. The program controls hardware components eg. valves, pumps, and data collection. It comes with a bespoke graphical user interface (GUI) that enables user-friendly management of the entire data acquisition and download process. Therefore, the software allowed DNAe conducting research and experiments with their instruments. Moreover, large amounts of data could be efficiently stored, visualized, and later on analyzed offline.

DNA Sequencing
Smog Radar  https://radarsmogowy.pl/ uses network of ESP32 based smog sensors and sends data every 5 minutes to Amazon AWS Server-less API. The data is stored in MongoDB and visualization is with AWS Lambda service. Hence there is no need for permanent EC2 VM.
